Bilingual HR Assistant

This entry level HR assistant will help administer the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The following is including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain employee personnel files and record keeping
  • Process enrollments, changes, and termination of participants in all benefit plans, FSA, 401k and health insurance benefit
  • Process payroll
  • Assist with employee relations issues
  • Support with the recruiting process, event planning, and communication between departments and staffing agencies
  • Support regular & ad hoc reporting
    • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
    • Bilingual (Speak, Read, Write) in English & Spanish
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good communication skills, organizational skills, detailed-oriented, and interpersonal skills. Must be motivated and proactive
    • 1 to 2 years working experience preferred.
    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must.
