Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service/On Site Coordinator to oversee the 2nd shift workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange daily schedule of employees
  • Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
  • Track daily hours
  • Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
  • Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
  • Report maintenance and training needs

 

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a warehouse
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
  • A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team management abilities
