Job Description

  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes.
  • Distribution of both retail and wholesale flows.
  • Data entry in a fast pace environment.
  • Knowledge of Office suite (Excel/Word/e.mails).
  • Experience on direct contact with vendors.
  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily activities, following Company’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Responsible to accomplish daily job according customers KPI.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of customer’s order.
  • EDI and Excel experience is welcome
  • Provides logistics support for domestic and international movement of merchandise.
  • Communicates and coordinates with other departments and partners in order to fulfill customers’ needs.
  • First point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment scheduling etc.
  • Builds and maintains business relationship with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service, so as to promote customer’s loyalty and suppliers’ goals achievement.

Reports to Customer Service Supervisor/Director
