Job Description

Job requirements for the following role include, but are not limited to:


  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English).
  • Maintains security log by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Responsible of keeping attendance records of all employees and coordinate with
  • Security guard and payroll coordinator.
  • Able to communicate effectively with management and employees.
  • Must know Excel and Outlook.
  • Other Duties assigned by upper management.
  • Multitasker and Detail Oriented.
  • Responsible and excellent attendance.
  • Schedule:  8:30am to 5pm, Monday – Friday.
  • Dress professional for the position (no sweatpants, T-shirts or sneakers)

Must have own car / Reliable transportation.
